28 March, 2007 Bought and paid for guitar with Pay Pal.
5 April, 2007 Guitar arrives.
Poorest packing job ever.
Guitar had a very cheap case with a totally disintegrating interior unsuitable
to protect the guitar.
Guitar had been refinished with spray paint that had numerous runs, blobs, and
over spray on the plastic parts. The paint was having a negative reaction with
the undercoat and was unstable.
I contacted the seller immediately and he offered to refund my money and send
back the guitar because it was not as represented in his advertising.
6 April, 2007 I shipped the guitar back to the seller double boxed for
protection.
12 April, 2007 the guitar arrived to the seller who refused delivery for lack of
funds.
12 April, 2007 UPS attempted a second delivery and the seller requested a hold
and delivery date of 16 April, 2007
16 April, 2007 Guitar finally gets delivered to seller 10 days after it left
here. Seller informs me the guitar is damaged and is refusing to send back my
money. UPS did not report any damage to the shipping box. The guitar was not
damaged when it left here. The flake of paint that is missing is due to the poor
refinish that was not sticking to the guitar and the bad guitar case. Seller
promised to call me on 17 April, 2007 to resolve our deal and did not call.
Seller has numerous negative feedbacks on Ebay for similar actions.
3 March, 2007 had computer problems & seller screws me over. whatever. keep your
stinkin crap.
29 March, 2007 had the same problems the rest of the negs had... I ll never use
E-bay again
13 Oct, 2006 SCAMMER. Seller sent instrument w/BROKEN neck. Had to pay return
ship. CALL POLICE!
16 May, 2006 Packaged horribly. Seller said he would refund inflated part
postage but did NOT
22 April, 2006 wanted sky high 500 usd relisting fees! Didn't see it was a
refinished guitar!
Refund my money immediately to avoid further action.

19 April, 2007 A dispute was opened thru Pay Pal. Seller said I vandalized his crappy guitar and case so he is shipping it back to me. So I filed a claim with Pay Pal.
1 May, 2007 Seller has relisted the same guitar. This time with a MUCH different description. He also changed the white plastic parts to black plastic parts, but the serial number is the same.
2 May, 2007 Seller contacts me and says he has instructed Pay Pal to refund my money. Also wants to mutually remove the negative feedbacks we left each other.
4 May, 2007 Still waiting on that refund from Pay Pal.
6 May, 2007 Pay Pal has ruled in my favor and issued a refund. I am still out a lot of wasted time and energy and over $100 for shipping on this deal.
