Back in 1999 I got to play with Shaon & Success in Dallas. Big gig for the Highland Park High school Sr. Prom at Union Station. Dallas Sound and Light came out and set up a huge stage with lights and a giant PA that they ran. The regular guitarist missed his flight to Dallas and I got the call to fill in. Like all working musicians I have a Tux in the closet for just such occasions! They asked me to open the show with three of my songs then introduce the girls. Fun fun fun. They asked me to join them on the road, but I could not go and leave my students in Dallas. Great group.
