Fullerton Telecaster .  VERY early 1982  SOLD

As most of you know my favorite guitar is the early Fender USA vintage reissue '52 Telecaster.  Also known as the Fullerton Telecaster.  This guitar was made at the original Fullerton California plant (where the originals were made) on the same machines by the same people that made the originals.  These were only made between 1982 and 1984.  These have the old nitro finish and everything.  This is as close to a real 1952 Tele as you can possible get.  These blow away the custom shop models that cost twice as much. http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&rd=1&item=3768394263&ssPageName=STRK:MEWA:IT  Now that these guitars are 22+ years old they look like the real deal.  Not like the fake looking "relics" you see on the market.   SUPER quality that you can feel and hear immediately!   Honest play wear.  This guitar plays better than any Tele I have ever played.  Extremely low action with no fret buzz at all.  EXACT intonation.  Modern style pickup selector switch wiring.  VERY authentic Tele tone.  Very impressive. This has the rare thin neck.  7lbs. 8.5 oz.  Check out the pics.

One owner first run Fender U.S.A. Vintage reissue '52 Telecaster with OHSC.  Super nice condition.  Has original ashtray also.  OHSTC in good shape for it's age.  Still has plastic on the logo.  Inside looks new.

These early "Fullerton" models go for over $2,000 on Ebay.

$2,250

Here is what the buyer of this guitar had to say:

22 Dec 2004

Hey Joe,

I received the guitar yesterday and have been playing it.
It is great. The feel and the tone are great. I am very impressed with
everything about the guitar. I can see now why you like these so much.

Thanks.
Hector
