In 30 years of teaching I find these are the easiest songs to learn on guitar.  All open Major and Minor chords.  One,  two,  and three chord songs.  No sharps or flats.  You will recognize these tunes as familiar reoccurring progressions.  There are two versions of each song on the cd.  One version has me speaking the chord changes in the back ground,  and. one version does not.
