STUDENT NEWSLETTER 11 February
2006
I hope this letter finds you all happy, and healthy. Did you get to see the Grammys last night? Better than expected! They cut back on the hip hop faux musician posers this year. EVERYONE was there from Robert Johnson, Jr. to Sir Paul McCartney. Rock and roll was the big winner this year. The worlds number one rock band U2 beat out screaming Mimi for album of the year and song of the year. THANK GOODNESS! Texas' own Kelly Clarkson yelled her way into a Grammy. At least Justin Timberlake was not there this year to diminish the impact of the music industries greatest award. Performances by Steve Tyler, Joe Perry, Robert Randolph, Keith Urban, Stevie Wonder and many others made it a great night for rock. Really enjoyable this year! Speaking about rock and roll.... On the way here is a Marshall JTM 30. 30w with 2 10" speaker tube amp.
Here this week:
Also on the way! 12 - 23 - 86 USA Fender Vintage '57 reissue Stratocaster in RARE Olympic White Nitro!
Here next month 1983 USA Fender Fullerton Vintage '62 reissue Stratocaster in three tone sunburst.
Check out the like new Guild D 30 with gold hardware that just arrived. Ritchie Havens eat your heart out!
