PAST STUDENT NEWSLETTERS

Greetings!

I hope this letter finds you all happy,  and healthy.

Spring has sprung once again and it is time to plant tomatoes.

It is my pleasure to provide my students in helping them find just the right guitar,  amp,  and accessories.  My experience can save them a lot of time and money.   The right guitar is everything.  Just because Jimi Hendrix played a Stratocaster that does not mean that you have to.  Make sure the guitar is comfortable in your hands.  If a Stratocaster is in your future and you go to the local Guitar Center you will find there are over one hundred different kinds of Stratocasters!!!!!  Which one to get is a confusing question.  I feel sorry for the novice that goes into a music store and is at the mercy of a commissioned sales shark!   If you are only going to spend $500 or less then I recommend getting a new guitar, but if you plan on spending $1,000 then I would suggest used.  You will get much more guitar.  Buyer beware.  Not all that glitters is gold.  This is where I come in.  I buy guitars to meet my strict standards.  They are great.  You will not find guitars like this at your local music store.  All my guitars are USA made super guitars.  Not standard off the rack stuff at all.  Investment quality that plays and sounds as good as it gets.   Better than Custom Shop and less cost.  You might say I have an eye for the good ones.  All of the guitars I sold to students last year have appreciated in value considerably.  Some have doubled.  If you do not get one of my guitars I would be happy to help you locate just the right axe.  Here are some helpful links:

AND they bring it to your door!   If you click thru to MUSICIANS FRIEND .com from this web site to buy something,  I get an advertising credit and it does not cost you a penny extra!  Musicians Friend is where I get all my new gear.
