I hope this letter finds you all happy,  and healthy. 

Very busy here in Dallas.  Many new students this month starting on a trip of a lifetime.  Doctors,  Lawyers,  Computer Information Specialists,  Kids both young and old.   It is great to see new guitar students that may possibly be the next Jimi Hendrix or Chet Atkins! 

Long time friend Mike Weatherly dropped by to see me and brought with him a promo picture of us back in 1981.  We were in a country show band that traveled with a tour bus and a full size white grand piano.  This group opened shows for headliners like Steve Wariner and Johnny Rodriguez. Twenty five years went by in a blink of an eye.  Here is the pic:

We could tell so many stories from our adventures on the road it would fill many books.  Still making stories!  Mike currently plays drums with The Room Shakers here in the Dallas area and every now and then with Roscoe and Company.   I sat in with Mike's band Roscoe and Company last year.  CLICK HERE to see a picture from that night.

Time goes by so fast!  We do not have any extra to waste.
